On Friday the 27th of August (Daffodil day), Murchison Area School had a yellow day to support cancer trust funds. Just about everyone in the school came in all funky yellow costumes. Before the prizes were given, all the families in the school had to stand together and get a photo taken. Then everyone who dressed up in yellow had to walk around the gym in a spiral while the teachers well judges had to chose three families, and people from the high school, intermediate and primary to get a prize. Zac from the high school was the best dressed and got a extra prize and it was a balloon! Over all we think yellow day went well.
